The Red-Footed Tortoise (Chelonoidis carbonaria) is not crossbred, but a true tortoise with scaly feet. Male and female tortoises have differences, with males having long and muscular tails. The female Red-Footed Tortoise has a shorter tail and is shaped like a cone. Male and female Red-Footed Tortoises have a slightly curved and notched beak at the front center.
